I am Kelly Mugar Juell, the founder of Juell Time. I have been buying, selling, trading, and servicing all brands of luxury watches as well as designer and custom jewelry for over 20 years. I specialize in customizing Rolex watches with diamonds and creating custom high-end jewelry. I have been mentored by my father who has been in the business for over 35 years.

I make the buying experience unique because I specialize in a concierge-type service that makes your buying experience easy. My products are higher quality than my competitors, but for lower prices, and add to that my personalized customer service—the combination can't be beat.
